Question:  How much are your lot fees?

Answer:  We are the most affordable manufactured home park in Parkland County. Contact the office for details.

Question: Are dogs allowed in the park?

Answer:  Yes, dogs are allowed. There are no more restrictions. All animals are welcome in the park but they need to be approved by management.

Question: Is a credit check required to move in?

Answer: Yes. A credit check is required. Click here to download a move-in checklist.

Question: How many parking spots does each site have?

Answer: Each site is allotted 2 parking spots.  Parking on the street is prohibited in Mobile City Estates.

Question: What is the garbage service schedule?

Answer: Garbage days are Thursdays. Blue bag recycling is on a bi-weekly basis.
